As a fan who still has some love for the White Sox, I was not amused by this. If you are going to sign a pitcher who used to be good to a 1 year deal, why not Lincecum?

Definitely. I just wanted to bring to light that pretty much everything we said would happen, has happened.

I'll be curious to see how the fans respond to him this summer in his SF return.

I am not sure what I want the response to be.

He had a long tenure here with a LOT of success (he is one of the 3-Ringers), but he tossed a grenade on his way out the door. He almost forfeits his standing-O for doing that.
