Well no shit WATSON. After fielding the 2nd worst offense in UT history and one of the worst in the country last year, it only makes sense to hand the reigns over to coaches who know how to run an offense. ALL I WANT FOR THIS YEAR IS NO PENALTIES. NO KIDDING:
- no false starts
- no delay of games coming off of turnovers or time outs
- no "too excited" roughing penalties that extend the opponents' drives.

Charlie Strong is supposed to be some kind of disciplinarian... let's see it on the field in the form of NO penalties.
