“I kind of know them pretty well,” Phillips said. “I played against Vic before, during my sophomore year. I know him pretty well. Really, they said that they just love it at Tennessee.”


“I have a pretty good relationship with the coaching staff, and that’s good,” Phillips said. “I like all their personalities and things like that. I’m pretty cool with all of them, so that’s mainly the good thing about them.


“The more I go up there, the more comfortable I get with them and stuff like that.”

Torrance Gibson on Dormady's commitment.

Yeah, he was supposed to be pretty good, had issues with the depth chart amongst other things if I remember correctly.

Yeah, we have a couple of nice freshmen coming in (5-star Jalen Hurd & 4-star Derrell Scott), but not much depth beyond that. He should definitely get PT next year.

Hopefully for y'all, Kamara can stay out of trouble. He was suspended twice in the little time he was at Bama, missed out on the LSU game and the Sugar Bowl. Kid has tons of potential though.

Definitely. Having said that, it doesn't mean he hasn't learned his lesson. I figure Butch doesn't put up with much shit so, if Kamara thinks he can just transfer and continue on the same path, I'm sure he's got another thing coming. Assuming he really has decided to not be a retard, he'll probably make y'all one hell of a back.


He'll also get introduced to a mean ass defense of a team he put his self before and greatly let down.
