Better than reaching or picking a position that isn't really a need.

they can address those positions in rounds 2 & 3.

Also assuming Barksdale resigns, their OL needs are G and C- two positions you don't draft at #10.

I like the pick!! SJ76 provided all that you need to know as to why we picked this Gurley kid. When Flowers went to the Geeants, there was really no need to reach on any other O-lineman that we can get later. Gurley is a beast!!! I think we will be taking a LB in the second and then Havenstein in the third or a combo of Tomlinson or Cann and Havenstein in the third and fourth.

I like the pick. Rams can go OL later in the draft. Once Scherff was taken and La'el Collins maybe facing a murder rap? That was it for the worth of a overall no. 10 OL in the draft IMO. Rams went after a real game changing RB. A player that will be a big part of the offense. Play action will work now. I really don't think the Rams needed a WR. Rams have Tavon Austin and Givens who can stretch the field. They'll both be better. Bailey who can make the tough 3rd down catch. Quick will be better. Then there's Britt. I don't think the WR was the problem it was the OL that didn't give the QB enough time. Also Rams had junk QB's last season. Now Rams got a QB. So next pick OL.
