Series Thread: 2015 Final Series, vs. A's

First off, I seriously hope DiPoto has more tricks up his sleeve for next season than Zdurencik had led us to believe when HE was signed onto this franchise. Whatever he sees in this series should help him decide what moves to make before we start the 2016 season, proviso Lincoln hasn't already had him castrated yet.

And while the only thing this team can play for is pride now, it's something they seriously lack. Sure, they had a great run after Z got canned, but just as they got three games shy of .500, reality kicked in yet again, and they pussed out.

Considering these factors, it doesn't matter who's pitching against whom this weekend, it all comes down to the very likely possibility that we can expect to see while supposedly "playing" against Oakland:

Thank god this season is about to be over.

Didn't buy into all the hype they had during the preseason. After this season the two phrase people should get used to.

1) Hope for the best, prepare for the worse.
2) "Cautiously optimistic" --- this was the term I used the most prior to the start of the season.

You have to be prepare because this team is very good at letting people down.
