2015-2016 Super Bowl Will Be Arabic (Super Bowl 50) Rather Than Roman (Super Bowl L)

NFL presented the logo for the 2015-2016 Super Bowl today and announced that it will be marketed as "Super Bowl 50" rather than "Super Bowl L", because the latter looks bad and sounds lame. But they will be going back to Roman numerals with the Super Bowl afterwards, Super Bowl LI.

What do you all think, guys? Should Super Bowls switch to Arabic numerals? Vote in the poll!

Once we get to 50 I wouldn't mind keeping it as an arabic number instead of roman numerals. It might even give the conspiracy theorists some new fodder: Muslims infiltrating NFL as conversion to Arabic numbers takes over

Arabic is a language, not a religion.

I like it for Super 50. It would look stupid super bowl L. Super bowl 50 has a better ring. Either way I really don't think it matter. tradition u keep it at L but maybe for marketing u do 50. Lets just hope its a better super bowl then last year.

This is why Arabic numerals should be used. "48" is a lot simpler and easier to read than "XLVIII", and the problem is only going to get worse in the future with higher numbers.
