Just looked a the remaining schedules for Boston, Miami, Atlanta, and Charlotte.

My prediction is the following:

3) Boston 50-32 vs 6) Charlotte 47-35
4) Miami 48-34 vs 5) Atlanta 48-34

It's hard to guess if Love or Kyrie will be the sacrificial lamb this summer ( assuming Cavs lose and James stays).
