VanNoy fits too many teams system before we draft tomorrow. Jax, Oak, Atl, TB, Min, Nyg all fits for him... So, IMO, we can forget seeing him in a Lions uni....

Some drafts had him going to the third.. I think it's quite possible the Lions could get him in the second..

Dumbest post ever. He is a bad pick because we have 2 TEs that are taller.

You called him our Jimmy Graham. Not sure if you know -- Jimmy Graham is 6'7" and ran faster than Ebron at the combine.

I pointed out our TE's being taller, as Fauria is closer to Graham's stature than Ebron is.

And yes -- the pick is horrible to me. The Lions not only led the NFL in dropped passes last year, they demolished everyone, having 10 more drops than the 2nd worst team. What do we do? We draft a TE who dropped over 11% of his balls in college in the top 10 of the draft, after re-signing Pettigrew.

The only way this could get any worse is if the Lions now trade back up into the 1st round and draft a WR.:laugh3:

What an absolute joke. TWO TE's drafted in the 1st round in the last 6 years. One is bad enough, but Detroit now has two.

In the last 10 years -- there have been exactly 5 TE's drafted in the top 20 picks in the NFL draft. Detroit now is the proud owner of 2 of those 5 picks.:laugh3:
