Pretty much had to take him there. Hope he doesn't bust.

Seems like a safe pick.... At the very least, he's a guy that can probably contribute early and isn't a liability in the run game.

He MAY get to play special teams. You know it and I know it.

Yeah.... We'll probably have to watch Swag get destroyed all season until finally playing Dennard the last three games of the year.

The Bengals will get another high grade in the draft..... Analysts love when you do what they predict. We took a position of need that just happened to be the highest graded player left when we picked. I'm actually starting to wonder if we just started drafting the player that Mel Kyper recommends.

It doesn't even matter. Without a QB we won't win shit anyways.

You really can't argue with the last couple of drafts. Yeah, Swag was a mistake, but they got a lot of the picks right lately and have upgraded the overall talent level.

I can argue. 0 playoff wins. Oh yeah....Marvin and Mike and Andy. Carry on.

I agree, it's a safe pick. I just worry a bit, as he didn't play many good throwing QBs in college. The NFL will be a huge step for him (as it will with most of these guys)

Thought the same when Kiper started talking. The Bengals have gotten good 'grades' the last couple drafts, but it's time we start finding some guys in the later rounds who contribute if you're going to claim we 'got and A' on or draft.

I dont' think a RB will be selected until the 40+ range
