Aikens possesses natural athleticism, fluidity and instincts to be an impact press corner at the next level. He comes with some character questions after an arrest early in his college career though, and doesn´t possess elite long speed. A potential starter down the road if he can prove mature.
Some character issues for Aikens but has all the tools to be a quality player.
The Fins have addressed their defensive needs and on the OL. I think they now can AND SHOULD focus on adding depth at RB and TE, not doing so, limited as the choices may be currently in the draft, it would be neglegent for the Fins not to fill those positions.
At his Pro day Aiken measured 6'1 203lbs. I think he could become a solid press corner in the NFL. There will be some good competition at CB for the Fins. He had 3 INT's last year in college.
We dont need and shouldnt draft a QB, but if we were to do so - I think Aaron Murray would be the best choice along with Fales as two guys who the Fins can develop and would give Tannehill some competition
Bills get Cyril Richardson… Another guy I wanted for the Fins… will be interesting to see who we pick next, as a lot of guys we had on our radar have already been picked in most recent picks
Lynch may not be the new-age field-stretching hybrid TE/WR type, but he´s a reliable short-to-mid range pass-catcher, and has nice upside as an in-line blocker in the running game.
This is what CBS sports says about this pick - In this case, it makes sense - None of the current TEs on the roster are true blockers at the position, they were asked to do it many times and did it well, but I think it took away from them being involved more in the passing game - I think, with this pick we can allow Lynch to do the blocking while he develops as a pass-catcher at the position
