Glad I'm not the only one tempted to do that to that question.

I like Eric Reid but its a strange move to move up to get him when he would have been there at 31 anyway.

Desmond Trufant to the Falcons. That's not wonderful. It could've been worse but that's not wonderful to hear.

Eric Galko:

Falcons traded 1st, 3rd (92), and 6th (198) rounder for #Rams 22 and 2015 6th.

Falcons moved up with the Rams! This could still be quite scary but I'm pretty dang happy.....for now.

Thank God Eifert is off the board.

I'm thinking they get Trufant; they need a CB. And if they do, run straight at him. He's pretty weak in the tackling department.

Oh well, at least we didn't move up for Vacarro. Don't mind the player, but don't like where we got him.

This could be a situation like Culliver in the 3rd, Hunter in the 4th. It's apples and oranges for type of player (Culliver upside vs. Reid solid) but I just have a feeling we'll end up liking the impact player at 34 a lot more.

Mike Clay:

Bengals picked Chase Coffman in Rd 3 of 2009, Gresham in Rd 1 2010, Charles in Rd 4 last year, now Eifert in Rd 1 of 2013

Desmond Trufant, great pick. Rhodes would have been a great one too...

Cut it out! Nobody knows if Reid would have been there at 31.

I don't mind the pick. We needed a safety no doubt.

Reid was my favorite safety in the draft. We didnt give up much to get him. I just figured he would make it to 31/34.
Clearly some other teams liked him as much as I did.

You guys don't like this trade?

The 74th pick isn't exactly a king's ransom.

This is my thought. The Rams could have grabbed him at 22 possibly. I know mocks show Reid around at 31, but you never know.

Minny could get Patterson and Rhodes.

I don't have a link saying that. I do have people in the know telling me though. It was fairly well known in Bengal land.

So would you be happier with Reid or Eifert?

It's pretty close for me. Both are the best at their respective positions. I actually had Eifert a little higher, but FS is a much bigger need in SF.

Minny, Houston, and NE are my teams to watch now. How much do they deplete the WR group?
