I know if I only have a 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th, 6th and 7th round draft picks. And a team in front of me offers their 1st, 4th, 5th, and 6th round picks that I would end up with a RB, 2nd, 6th and 7th round picks.

No NFL team would ever do that but the Saints under Ditka...

If Kalil's on the board, it'll be possible. Some teams (maybe even the Bears) would probably offer up multiple firsts to get that deal done, with a couple of seconds as well.

Thanks. That's a good deal, then. You can afford to lose those picks. Losing TRich would have been devastating to fan morale, which was already bad after they lost out in the RG3 sweepstakes.

It all depends. I thought that about Adrian Peterson, and look at what he turned into. Cleveland obviously thinks that Richardson is that much better than Wilson or Martin. Plus, even if they are wrong, Richardson should be able to keep the fan base excited which is something that is often underrated when people analyze draft picks. Life is easier for a team when they have less public criticism, and if they lost out on RG3 and Richardson (perceived to be elite prospects) and started poorly, the season is basically over.
