lol

That's not why the Sixers got slapped. They got slapped because they and their fans were not only dumb enough to "say the quiet part out loud"...they gave it a cute little name and bragged about it.

As much as they want to, there is really very little that the league can do to stop tanking.

So, if a team is dumb enough to handle it like the Sixers did...they're gonna get slapped.

Tldr: keep your fucking mouths shut next time.
That's dumb.

So the Sixers deserved to be sabotaged is where you two are at.

Lots of good coaches are fouling there. Most coaches do the same thing all the time.

I agree

And some don’t.

It isn’t an open and shut case. There are pros and cons to each strategy.

Which is my point.

Your initial post made it seem as if fouling is the definitive right answer.

It isn’t.

No.

They didn’t deserve to have the league so what they did.

But you claiming that the league “sabotaged them” might be the most ignorant thing I have seen you post.

And that is really saying something.

The league overstepped but it wasn't some attempt to sabotage the Sixers.

Nut always goes for the most extreme position.

I completely think that the Sixers went too far by just openly admitting they were losing on purpose to attain draft picks. San Antonio and others did it, but you can't openly admit that. The league was put in an impossible position as a result, having to admit that teams were gaming its draft system and calling into question the idea that it is a totally competitive league.

The tragedy is not that the Process got disrupted, but that the process failed. The disruption clearly played a role because Hinkie was the architect and didn't get to complete his building. But even before he was ousted, he was showing he was not a great guy to actually make the picks he had accumulated.

Go lay down and cry you worthless whiny sixer bitches.

Congrats to the Knicks. They were just the tougher team and they closed down the stretch and executed. Good luck the rest of the way.

It really doesn’t matter because the Sixers can’t close

Knicks were better. Tougher team. Hard to dispute that fact.

Embiid is simply not built for playoff combat. Strictly a regular season stat padder. I hope you all look forward to this same ending next year!

Has anyone ever scored 7 points on 2 possessions in the last minute of a game?

Even if they do foul, that was too early

They usually do it under about 5 seconds

“I mean, honestly — I know this is, like, cliché or whatever — but I'm trying to flush the game,” he said. “I just … I know what we have to do in 48 hours. And we can't let this roll over. It’s a whole new game. And our season's back on the line again.”

Alpha Maxey

There's not a better story in the whole league than Tyrese Maxey.

Kid is going to carry this team.

Congrats on the schadenfreude. You’re counting on KAT and this is gonna come back around.
Kat is what embiid would be if they called fouls equally. Both are immature babies. One gets penalized for it, the other doesn't

Back in the day....Reggie Miller scored like 8 or 10 points in the last minute of a game if I remember correctly.
Yeah but that was 3 possessions

The tragedy is that the league infiltrated and attacked one of its members instead of fixing its disturbingly false premise of a fair playing field.
