Back in the day....Reggie Miller scored like 8 or 10 points in the last minute of a game if I remember correctly.
Tracy Mcgrady once scored 13 points in 33 seconds. I can’t recall the opponent but I know the Thunder overcame an 8 pt deficit with 16 seconds left once. Pretty sure it was all KD.

crazy game but not surprising the Knicks couldn't close it out.

True but wasn’t it in like 30 seconds?
It was. Knicks turned it over a couple of times. An incredible achievement for sure which is why there is even a 30 for 30 about it.

7 points on 2 possessions probably hasn't happened that many times ever as it would require a player get a 4 point play and a 3 point play on back to back possessions

I loved his comeback on Twitter: I am getting too old for this shit. I am starting to feel that way sometimes, really for the first time in my life, in recent months.

Had the exact same reaction after Game 2.
Bit more anger at the refs for me, though.... and justifiably so.

There is no question that what Miller did in that short of time was more miraculous.

Not only did Maxey have to get 7 points on 2 possessions in 27.5 seconds, but a near 80% FT shooter had to miss a free throw in between.
And the Sixers had to move fast enough on their last possession to avoid Maxey being fouled before he could launch from the logo.
Just a perfect storm of events.

BKS and Shane aren't too far behind (if not worse) bitching about the refs 24/7.
24/7 huh? I bitched about one game in the playoffs and I didn't say anything for months before.

Still will be a strong Knicks presence in the building. It’s simple economics. The ticket in Philly is cheaper on the secondary market than the one in the Garden.

Yep then you add in how quick it is to get to Philly from nyc or jersey. Only makes sense

The semicircle is so 7 footers can't camp out and reject every layup or close shot anyone attempts to make. Any contact whatsoever in the semicircle is a defensive foul, in theory.

Um…

What?

That circle denotes where players are not allowed to take charges. That is all it is.

Preventing players from sliding in under the rim to take a charge against an airborn offensive player.

You can still block shots at the rim. And incidental contact is not supposed to be called against the defender just because they are in that area.
