Trust me when I say this, comfort matters...

This last trip I was on I was in the air nearly a full day (11 hours to London, 11 hours to Johannesburg. 3 hour layover in between). It's kinda a big deal...

Flew Frontier a few times when flying back and forth to Florida several years ago because they had those tv's in the seats and I was travelling with kids.

Stopped using them because the damn tv's never seemed to be working.

He'll get better. Just needs to settle into a role, imo. Rui struggled some at times trying to find his level, but has been really good since he found it.
