There are a bunch of libs on this site, so I'm guessing ya'll know about Governemnt (Govy) Cheese?

My grandparents used to get the stuff once a month or so down at the local American Legion, along with a bag of flower, sugar and some powdered milk I do believe.

Govy Cheese is the goddamm best stuff I've ever had... EVER. Swear to God if I knew thew recipe I'd make some my damn self. Don't think they hand that stuff out any longer.
