Thanks man we both would have more if we did 2 drafts a month.

I think we might want to set it now with 9 teams or whatever we have. Sometimes we've done drafts that covered 10-15 years, even the last draft covered a couple of different seasons. This is one specific year, and if we do 12 teams at 25 players, that's 300 from 1 year. The basketball draft we just did was 9 guys picking 12, which is 108 players, and there were still guys at the end that couldn't find players. I'd cut it at 8-9 teams, or make it 1989-1991. Just a thought

Over 1000 players played during the 1990 season, and the majority of them had actual careers. I didn't think the 1977 draft was lacking in talent at the end.

People are gonna double pick no matter how many participants there are. Hell, guys have picked players they themselves drafted earlier. It's not a matter of years as much a matter of people keeping track, and we could add 10 years and if someone doesn't ensure the guy they want isn't taken, then they're gonna pick someone who's off the board.
