Im not knocking Raines. He was a great base runner and a great on base guy. That's hard to get yourself into the Hall with in his generation as an outfielder.

Biggio hit Milestone marks. 3000 hits gets people in.(Unless you point your finger at Senators) Lots of outfielders in that group, not many middle infielders.
