Son of a bitch Nos! Raines has better numbers across the board than biggio and the much more dynamic player. Nuts that he will get in HOF over him

Raines had 50 starts as an infielder. never won any GGs. Never hit 20 homers.

Biggio had 300+starts in the outfield, 400+ as a CATCHER and nearly 2000 at second.

Corner outfielders and second baseman/catchers aren't much of a direct comparison IMO.

If versatility is your best argument I think my point is made.

500 trades his 5th and 6th to UK for UK's 5th and 7th. 500 will be on the clock when Nos approves

Just my two cents on the Rock Raines - Craig Biggio convo, I would be shocked if any GM the last 30+ years would take Biggio over Raines no matter position.

With that said I have respect for the ability to play catcher and 2nd base, that's crazy.

Only one who I could think of who would is Ruben Amaro

No, Im saying a corner outfielder who didn't hit for power (he never hit 40 doubles either)and wasn't a standout defensive player is up against the odds of making the Hall if he's a Modern Day player.

Comparing a Catcher/2nd baseman and an outfielder offensively isn't going to be part of HOF voting.
