We have a problem.

I thought about this but didn't think it would come up.

Smitty made a trade with Meebs that resulted in him giving up his 11th round pick.

He then tried to steal Sparky from me and was able to give his 10th round pick but he doesn't have an 11th to give.

I am gonna leave this one up to you all, but if we allow this why wouldn't we just trade a bunch of our picks and then steal players knowing we would only be giving late round picks.

Thought you couldn't steal if you didn't have your next 2 picks? Say the steal happened in 9th or 10th. If you had 2 in 10th you could steal, if you had 1 in 10th & 1 in 11th you could. However if you have 1 in 10th and your next pick is in 12th then I say NO you cant steal.

I just looked thru teams and the Ryan for McCovey deal totally made sense for both of us.

You can have my next two picks if it changes anything. Id really rather not be disallowed to steal though.
