By interception he means pick 6 that was cal’s only touchdown.

That interception in this game was uncharacteristic of Browning. For all his faults he’s usually not careless down field like that. His interceptions are derpy flips to the d end or head scratchers that look like he’s trying to throw the ball away and it gets picked on the sideline.

My only explanation is that for whatever reason he didn't see the safety underneath. No way he makes that throw if he sees the safety lurking there.
