A top 40 pick right now would look like something like this as a potentially pick, barring a trade up by Howie:
Sidney Jones, CB
Royce Freeman, RB
Isaiah Ford, WR
Roderick Johnson, T

Of course, a lot will change by April, and Howie is always going to make trades, so who knows?

I'm hoping Freeman will be a guy that slips into the middle rounds, I think he would be a good fit in our offense. Reminds me a bit of a young Ryan Mathews, without the injury and fumbling issues.

Matt Miller (Bleacher Report) has the Eagles taking:

Rd 1 (f/MIN)—WR Corey Davis, Western Michigan
Rd 2—CB Jourdan Lewis, Michigan
Rd 3—RB Alvin Kamara, Tennessee
Rd 4—LB Vince Biegel, Wisconsin
Rd 5—T J.J. Dielman, Utah
Rd 6—WR Josh Reynolds, Texas A&M
Rd 7—S Demetrious Cox, Michigan State

I will be ecstatic if we get Davis, but not hgh on Jourdan Lewis (5'10"). I would rather get Tankersly. Don't know much about Kamara. Like Biegel. Reynolds has great size & deep speed. We actually have an extra 4th (Clev.). I'd be OK with this draft. Thoughts?

Kamara was Tennessee's most consistent playmaker on offense.

Hard for me to be non-biased when it comes to him so, I'll defer to the writers on his viability.

I'd be thrilled with Jourdan Lewis in the 2nd - to me he's one of the best pure cover guys in the draft. Yes his size will limit him to the slot but last time I checked we have some pretty good slot receivers to play against in our division (Beasley, Shepard, Crowder) - Jourdan could certainly help with that.

Here is my latest Fanspeak on the clock effort. Yes, I took four straight LSU players and would love this if it really happened. Bye bye Kelce, bye bye Ryan Matthews, get some dogs in there and run it to protect Carson Wentz. Also stock up on corners and receivers.

Fansided Mock has us taking John Ross. Would love it. If we sign a CB and WR in free agency, then our 1st 3 picks should be, in no particular order: WR; CB; RB.

With out question we need all 3 of those positions. However, unless your getting Leonard Fournette there is no reason to draft a RB in the 1st 2 rounds.

Our biggest issue next year is cap space... Here is a list of FAs that I am curios to see where they end up in FA. I hope we pick up younger guys but teams will be tossing some big bucks at em.

Kenny Stills WR 24 MIA 600K UFA
Justin Hunter WR 25 BUF 1.4M UFA
Terrelle Pryor WR 27 CLE 1.7M UFA

For CB there are about 3 prime choices for a younger guy who has more promise then Nollan Carroll
Logan Ryan 25 NE 700K
Marcus Cooper 26 ARI 600K
Sterling Moore 26 NO 700K

As far as RBs... not a great FA group other then Bell, most are older then I would want to have added to the roster.

I'm been banging the drum for Stills for a while. Won't break the bank and he's a legit deep threat about to hit his prime. If we snag Stills and grab one of Williams, Davis or Ross in Rd 1 to pair with him we'd be in good shape at WR. Matthews can play a complimentary role which fits him much better than being the top WR on the team. CB with 2 of the next 4 picks as it is super stacked this year well into the later rounds.

As frustrating as Aghalor has been the Eagles can't cut him for cap reasons and I am willing to give him 1 more season to fix his issues and become the receiver we thought we drafted.

Agholor has one more year to prove himself, but he can do that from the #4 or #5 spot ... no more free ride as a starter; he needs to work his way back up from the bottom of the chart.

I would add Robert Woods to the WR FA. He has the 2nd best catch rate on balls thrown over 20 yards in the NFL (over 70%). He is only 24. Also I would not be surprised if they look at moving Johnson to left tackle and signing a guy like Ricky Wagner from Baltimore to play RT (remember Joe Douglas is from Baltimore). His agent is none other than Joe Panos (remember him). Two players who shouldn't break the bank but can upgrade.

As for Corner I love Gilmore but I don't think they have enough dollars to do everything. I would look at Marcus Cooper.

OK. Here's my thoughts today. Sign DJAX, and Gilmore in FA.
Rd. 1 - BPA (Barnett, CB, Fournette)
Rd. 2 - Josh Reynolds, WR (size, deep speed, hands)
Rd. 3 thru 7 - BPA as LB, OL, CB, WR, RB, DT, DE.
