Not going to happen. Joining the B1G or Pac 10 was more of DeLoss Dodds. He's gone now. Patterson isn't in favor of joining the B1G at all. Now if the conferences break off from the NCAA and decide to create superconferences, then yes, I can see Texas joining the B1G, but that won't be for another decade or so.....

They couldn't bully B1G schools. Probably part of the reason they didn't join.

I can see 4 sixteen team super conferences sometime in the future. But Texas in the BigTen+2+2 More doesn't sound right. Oh what the hell, why not? Maryland & Rutgers joining the conference still doesn't sound right either.

I would like to have TX in the B1G, maybe OU would join also. Its hard to get those OOC games against the big names every year and if they are in your conf. it makes it a little easier.
