It wasn't aiming it was the QB on a late slide and the second one was the QB being drug down on the hurdle. Classic wrong call by the refs.

Like I said, the first one was BS. The second one it’s pretty obvious he was intentionally aiming for him. He dropped his should and launched himself at him. It wasnt a bang bang awkward play like the first.
