No ppr - I tend to seek TDs and Denver is at the top of the list for those. I would roll with Ball and see what he can do. Its a little leap of faith that could pay huge dividends.

Ball at the end of the first round??? And you think Julio is a risk at the end of the 2nd? I don't get that. We all expect a nice year from Ball if he is the #1 all year, but That is a huge risk to me.

Ball has a cushy gig, it would take quite a lot for things to go bad for him. I'm guilty of liking his situation more than the player. Murray has a good shot in this offense, and it's a good fit for him. I just can't see him putting up as many scores as Ball. As Moreno proved last year, you don't need to be a star to put up stats in that offense. Both players make me nervous (Ball inexperience, Murray health), but neither come close to the fear I have with taking Julio. Just to break the same location twice is bad. But you've got to read more into it. They inserted a bigger screw, which creates a bigger hole through a metatarsal, which isn't a wide bone. Then I hear Julio gained an extra 10 lbs. So the bone along the outside of his foot, the smallest toe, has a wider hole and more weight to support. For an athlete that plants and turns sharply, that sounds like a recipe for disaster. It's a wonder I don't take him completely off my board.

Denver and 16 game FT back haven't gone hand in hand lately. It's like a roller coaster to try to figure out what they are going to do sometimes. My strategy has been draft the backup late and see what happens if your league has a deep bench and allows the position flexibilty to do it. It actually got me Moreno two years in a row...

By "that offense" I was referring to Peyton. I would like to know before my draft next week who will be the #2. Hillman seems too much a COP and not the replacement. I probably won't be able to draft Ball, sitting at #2, but there weren't many RB's that I found in the second round in mocks that have that high of ceiling.

I totally agree - picking at 10,11 - I wanted Rogers and Dez/ AJ or even both Dez and AJ but I may be forced to take Murray.

Bottom of the second round I like him. I meant I thought there was a lot of risk at pick #10.

For now, I've settled on Alf. I will be paying a little more than he's with in a 0.5 ppt, but he's stable and has a great supporting cast for TD making.

Its not a PPR- . Found out today our draft is Saturday. Its usually on Memorial day weekend. I would have loved to see this offense one more week.

I like Murray too, a lot more in ppr leagues. I'd take him behind Dez/ Rodgers, but I'd have to be convinced I can get two decent RBs at 30/31 before I pass on RB at 11.

I think I can get the same production at 50, 51 . Nothing appealing at 30, 31 as far as RBs. THought about going Cobb and A. Brown or Julius thomas/ Gronk.

Brown/Thomas would be a great combo at 30/31. I think Gerhart and maybe Rice could both be there at 50/51 as RB2. If Sankey would get his head on straight, he could end up being a value pick too. Not sure he makes it to 70/71 though.
