The Spurs' second unit is just so bad defensively. The addition of Aldridge won't take nearly as much work with chemistry as the bench will. It's gonna take this team a long time to get used to each other. Hopefully not too long though.

getting rid of Splitter hurt the defense for sure. West should be an upgrade offensively- and used ot be able to play D- but dudes pretty old. losing Joseph sure doesnt help the D either in the back court.

I was worried about them losing Joseph cause Mills doesn't play nearly enough defense. It's gonna take a lot of getting used to.

Westbrook owns you. Hes just so freaking good. After Kyrie he is my favorite player to watch i nthe league. He just wills himself to beat you with that crazy athleticism and attitude. Hes freaking unstoppable and can do anything on the court.

I thought Justice Winslow looked pretty good in that game. Hes gonna have his bumps as a rookie -especially one with a jump shot that it is so-so--- like I said- I see him as a MKG type that is not quite the defender but also doesnt quite have the broken jumper MKG has. That was a steal for Miami to get him so late in the draft. Its so hard to get a good SF. He can be develop into a guy who is a top half of the league SF that is a very nice get. He reminds me of Deng a little bit- but hes a better athlete then Deng.

The Cavs are just so freaking deep this year. Without Irving and Shumpert they still have a very good and deep bench. As long as they limit Varejao to 20 a night he can really give you good minutes. I love a lineup with Varejoa, Delly and Jefferson- that defense and effort, and shooting, and intelligence and effort of those 3 guys makes a very nice bench unit.

it really came down to Love and LeBron playing great tonight though. Heat just dont have an answer or anyone to cover LeBron...winslow is at least a couple years away from being able to do it on a solid level- I think he will be able to be a good LeBron stopper eventually- but not anytime soon.
