Kansas City and Toronto, the two favorites who have been trailing in their LDS's, evened things up yesterday and forced decisive game 5's at home for tomorrow.

The Cubs and Mets have a chance to move on today, but as we all know, getting that kill-shot is never easy.

We could see all four series go the full 5.

What a difference a year makes - two series were sweeps and the other two 4-gamers in 2014.

Really proud of RA yesterday. Price, he got a W on his resume but it was still consistent with his previous playoff outings.

I woulda left RA out there, but at the same time he can turn into a home run serving machine at a moments notice and the Rangers have the bats to amplify the problem. I don't mind what Gibbons did at all.

Because Gibbons isn't a very good manager and probably didn't even realize it.

I was surprised that they used him yesterday. Not sure if that is good or bad for TX.

He hasn't pitched on 3 days rest but a couple of times in his career, and neither of them were really any different from his usual outings. The Mets hitters have to be aggressive again on his first pitch strikes, like they were in game one.

Granderson will be the key. He's been way more patient at the plate this year and has worked a lot of walks, but he was going after Kershaw in game one. Was on base 3 times with two hits and a BB, but didn't manage to score or drive in a run. Gotta get that count up early and drive Kershaw from the game, get into that bullpen.

Also need a solid outing from Matz, who hasn't thrown in a game in a while and is starting to get a rep for being a little soft.

AccuWeather forecast for Game 4 of the NLDS between the Mets and Dodgers on Tuesday at 8:07 p.m. at Citi Field: There will be some showers in the area this afternoon through 7 p.m.
These will be light and most likely will not impact pregame activities. If showers linger through 8-9 p.m., they are not expected to be heavy enough to cause a delay.
The wind during the game will blow out toward right field at 7-14 mph. The temperature at first pitch will be a mild 66 degrees, then fall only slightly to 63 by the end of the game.
