Bad call yes not the end all be all of the game. Murray stuffed us that was why we lost but i guess Carter Hart did that to the Rags last game we played them when they dominated us.
But when you combine it to the bounce criesby received that tipped the game. Could have been 1-1 at that point and who knows. I just don't get how penqueens consistently get those calls against Philly....

Wasn"t he given a match penalty? Thouggt that was automatic suspension?
He'll get 0 we all know this. If it were G or Jake automatic 1-3 games. G was thrown out of the game for yelling at a pen for intently trying to elbow him at the end. The penalty for fighting was even worse as G did nothing but tell the guy off for it. Face it the pens can't be touched you have to beat them clean to have a chance in the BHL...

I think Malkin gets a 1 game suspension. If Raffl was injured, the league obviously would give him more games. My prediction is one game. Fuck the Pens. Can't wait for the day Sid and Malkin retire.

You have to wait at least 5 or 6 years for them to retire

If they want to make sure
he doesn't do it again at least a 3 game suspension is in order. It would've been nice if anybody on our team did something about it .

Hoping Myers plays tonight. (and Bailey, though to a lesser extent)

Picking Ghost because he needs the boost!

Doesn't look like Myers is playing tonight. Not sure why he was called up and not playing. The Phantoms played Sunday and don't play again until Friday. Maybe we wanted to get his some ice time in practice in the NHL?

Looks like I'm the winner here.

Okay I'll be the first to say it, Stolarz is not an NHL caliber goalie.
Didn't he just have a shutout and with the new equipment they've been difficult to acquire. He still found a way to get the win tonight I think he can be at worst a decent backup...

He did but the 5 posts bailed him out. No I just think he needs way more seasoning. Whst I'm more impressed with is how our new coach actually changes his game plan to get better match ups. Hakstol never did that, he just stuck with his system win or lose.

They'll probably put him back through waivers today. They needed an extra goalie a few weeks ago (particularly at the AHL level where Lyon was the only one healthy), claimed him on waivers, kept him in the NHL as a backup. But he didn't play for a couple weeks, so they could send him to the AHL on a conditioning assignment which doesn't take him off the NHL roster, but allows him to play with the Phantoms for like 2 weeks. But once that 2 weeks is up he has to report back to the Flyers.

Now that Stolarz is healthy (and looks like Elliot is too as he was just sent on a conditioning assignment), they'll waive McKenna. If he gets picked up, he's gone, if he doesn't, he'll report back to the Phantoms.
