Funny how were winning and yet posting less. I'll admit I've been busy as heck.

Flyers looking a little scrambly through two periods but still up by 3!

It is so nice to see the Flyers be the team with the difference making goaltending.

As the clock winds down on this one I have a couple observations/thoughts.

    1. Getzlaff is a sneaky dirty player...
    2. Jake is playing really well
    3. Simmonds just looks a bit lost. Maybe it is the trade talk, maybe he simply can't keep up
    4. Provorov and Sanheim is a nice pairing. Both can skate, both can move the puck.
    5. The forward lines still seam a bit in flux...not a big deal on a day when you put up half a dozen
    6. AMac Ghost is still not back to himself. He isn't shooting and when he does, he doesn't hit the net
    7. Hagg is rounding into a really good 3d.

    And now, back to work...

Hart ties an nhl record for wins but apparently we overestimate our young players....

So the toss up question going forward is, do we stick with Hart/Stolarz combo, or do we go to Hart/Elliot? I want to say Hart/Elliot especially if your trying to sneak into a wildcard spot.

    Hart/Elliott
Showcase Elliott as best you can, and use him as trade bait.

Hart is your obvious starter I think. And Stolarz has played too well the past couple of games to remove him. JMO

Lets beat the Pens tonight eh?

(doing so would put them 4 points out of the playoffs. Unbelievable.)

I like Hart and Stolarz especially when Stoli has played great his last two as the backup. Im not sure if Elliot looming over Hart would be good for him. It doesn't matter as long as Hart is the starter.
