Is it?

I think it reflects the belief that if CP3 plays he will be far less than 100%.
Even without Paul I think 6 and a half is pretty good. Its a home game. Any team can get hot for one game at home.

It just feels like the Warriors are going to TCB no matter who is playing.....If Houston has any shot they are going to have to play the perfect game like in game #2 - Ariza and Tucker went of for 40 combined and Gordon had 27......And they must play great perimeter defense..

His injuries have been legit, but very untimely. For that he has earned an injury prone label. That does affect his legacy, IMO.

One of the main reasons LeBron is being mentioned in the same breath as MJ is because of his legendary availability. Dude never gets seriously hurt. Good thing for his teams too.

Yeah, unfortunately some guys are just injury prone. It sucks and it's not necessarily fair, but it has to be included in their legacy.

It certainly is better than being labeled a choker or someone who "couldn't get it done in the playoffs".

But you can't not include being injury prone and elevate a players legacy based on what he might have done if hadn't gotten hurt.

Lebron may not get a serious injury until he's 37/38, that's 4 years away. I'd ride with Lebron on my team.

Yeah, if you have a chance to get Lebron, you get him. If all of the miles suddenly catch up to him and he gets hurt, then that's just bad luck.

But if you have a chance to get him and you balk because he "might get hurt" there are 29 other teams that would line up to take him.

Looks like he's gonna Willis Reed it. I guess a hobbled Paul and an absent Iguodala kind of cancel each other out.

It makes sense.

Iggy could do the same if he was at home. On the road is zero impact. You only play if you can help the team win. Clearly the Warriors don't think he is healthy enough to do that.

Ready for a close game tonight. That does not bode well for the Warriors who tend to fold under pressure at the end in close ones as we've seen in this series. Somehow they've got to get a big lead so Curry, Durant and Thompson don't get tight sphincters in the 4th quarter. Hopefully no Chris Paul, that is the only chance for the Warriors.
Don't think I'll be able to watch; too stressful.

Good.

Because I can do and I choose to teach.

Your exact words were "far more educated".

That is not the case. Debateable for sure.
I'll take your word for it.

Looney listed as "probable"??

REPORT: Kevon Looney's Status, Plan For Patrick McCaw For Game 7

I still think CP3 wants to make an attempt to play, might see very limited action..and although it's a high risk move, he could possibly even go with the Willis Reed drama for the home crowd and his teammates to pump them up (ie: play for just a minute or 2 for a few possessions)

Warriors vs Rockets Game 7 Preview: Will Chris Paul Return to Save Houston's Season?

Not easy to play through a hamstring. Probably smarter not to try and play. Depending on the severity, he might not even play in the Finals if Houston makes it.
