Cheap way to possibly get out of the 2nd round.

Nah... just part of the game. Warriors were beneficiaries of it last year.

I realize that this is different. Curry is the unanimous MVP and the Warriors just won 73 games. Not trying to compare anything.

Injuries suck. They can derail a teams run and impact how their season ends. But, imo, they should never be used to try and take away from what other teams accomplish.

2 weeks for curry= he comes back in game 3 or 4. Estimate timetable for return is may 8th or 9th. Knowing curry he will play at about 75%-80% health. I remember he played through injury against the nuggets and spurs his first go around in the playoffs.

This might be my favorite post of all time! That is what NBA basketball is about, the epic matchups. To hear a Clipper fan say they would rather see GS and SA shows true love of the game. Much respect Mecca!

It's like hoping to get concert tickets for Xmas to see the greatest band ever assembled.

But, when you open the envelop they are to see the Backstreet Boys, instead of the Beatles.

Well this will definitely open up the flood gates in terms of comparison of GS to the Cavs last season. The talk all season regarding the depth of the Warriors team will be put on display going forward. How will they respond? If last night's game is any indication I'm not worried at all. Reason being is they showed they can still stick to the game plan even without Curry with TWO other all stars that know how to lead. It will be interesting.

This is true- but honestly I don't think he'll miss 2 weeks. I think that's worst case scenario. I could be wrong of course but it just didn't appear to be that bad.

Yeah..I can see that too.....but obviously they'll err on the side of caution.

Steph is a workout freak..he'll rehab and do what's right...and when he returns it'll be with a vengeance and a mission.

The funny thing is he could probably still outshoot anyone on the floor even while blindfolded and on crutches.

Oh yeah, no doubt.

Nobody cried for your Cavs.

What happened to you guys last Season is the equivalent of them losing Klay and Draymond, instead of Curry.

But,like All day said....they have the depth to not have any serious challenges until the Conference Finals

It's just really hard to know whether the Warriors are being cautious or aggressive or in the middle with their 2 week timeline.

We might have a better idea after the press conference.

I'm good and I miss communicating with you, you have so much knowledge of sports.Yes I have to spend more time on NBA boards, even if my Lakers didn't perform very well this year. I read that the Lakers fired Scott. Dolemite and I live in the same area in the Pacific Northwest.

Miss you too, OT!

I promise not to be contrary when you come to chop it up .

Not even sure at this point it's so early

Not really like the Cavs that much. Losing Curry would be like the Cavs losing LeBron. The difference is that time Warriors are better equipped to win playoff games without their best player.

Yes....lol

Raymond Felton is roughing them up.

Ibaka needs to be perfect for them to win because Kanter is not getting buckets like that against the Spurs.
Well I certainly agree that in order for OKC to win they will need to use their ENTIRE team rather than that 2 man ball they play too often.

No no, I wasn't comparing in terms of individual players being lost. I'm saying in terms of having to play without their normal guys- which means changes to their roster & starting lineups.
