CC basically said that Nunez apologized so he could justify being bent out of shape over it.

"See! Even he knows what he did wasn't right!"

In reality, Nunez isn't apologetic and shouldn't be.

I'm not sure that I said it means nothing.

I said you're a funny guy for putting him in the hall of fame after 155 games.

don't worry. I would do the same thing to a Red Sox fan if they called Benintendi the next Bonds or Devers the next ARod.

I'm a big Mookie and Devers guy

I think sometimes you just see a guy that has it

I watch Birds swing, and he has that swing I like, especially in the Bronx

i watched some. 4th preseason game. wanna go over prior pats 4th preseason games showings?

kevin occonnell once threw for 400 yards.

the pats traded with KC for oshaughnessy. hes staying.

they dont need to carry 3 QB's this year. they wont. oshaugnessy will be on special teams to start. he reminds me a bit me of a non lethal aaron hernandez. similar skill set and frame.

They didn't spent the 91st pick in the 2016 draft to cut a guy who has done everything they've asked him to do. Especially with the uncertainty surrounding Garoppolo and Brady.

Certainly not to keep some scrub tight end who wont even play.

check where oconnell was drafted and when he was cut

Kevin O'Connell
Kevin O'Connell

Position: QB Throws: Right

6-5, 225lb (196cm, 102kg)

Born: May 25, 1985 (Age: 32-099d) in Knoxville, TN

College: San Diego St. (College Stats)

Weighted Career AV (100-95-...): 0 (15390th overall since 1960)

High School: Costa Canyon (CA)

Draft: New England Patriots in the 3rd round (94th overall) of the 2008 NFL Draft.

O'Connell was waived by the Patriots on August 30, 2009, two days after a preseason game in which starting quarterback Tom Brady was injured, and, in the second half, O'Connell threw two interceptions and only threw 3 completions on 10 attempts. The Patriots gave no explanation for releasing O'Connell, who was in competition with veteran quarterback Andrew Walter, signed after his release from the Oakland Raiders, and undrafted free agent rookie Brian Hoyer of Michigan State.

They don't care about what he's done in the past as much as his value going forward.

Teams know he's the type that will only excel on the Pats

He's also the type of guy that will be cut in 2 days and never heard from again.

Pats aren't keeping 5 receivers.

lmao

of course...because it deflates your argument.

bill cut the 94th pick he was in love with a year later. remember how hight they were on him? he couldnt play.

jacoby was the 91st pick, and is the 3rd dog on a 2 dog team.

This year? I don't see either of them playing a snap.

ok. because you said this:

Certainly not to keep some scrub tight end who wont even play.

the above statement assumes jacoby WILL play

What news to wake up to after this week which continues to be an emotional rollercoaster.

Astros needed to make something happen in the starting pitching department.

I sure hope Verlander can swim.

and listen, jacoby could make this team. could. bill does shit like this from time to time. hes carried 2 QB's more often than he has 3. when was the last time before jacoby? when they carried 4 in 2000? (friesz, bishop, brady, bledsoe)
