Texans ending up with the three seed after starting out 0- 3 is pretty cool.

I think the Chargers lost two of their first three also didn't they?

My predictions:

AFC:
1. Chiefs
2. Texans
3. Patriots
4. Steelers
5. Chargers
6. Titans

NFC:
1. Saints
2. Rams
3. Bears
4. Cowboys
5. Seahawks
6. Eagles

My original Super Bowl prediction is still possible as well! Saints vs. Steelers.

AFC.

1. KC
2. HOU
3. NE
4. PIT
5. LAC
6. IND...our lone difference...I think both teams win this week and IND takes the 2.0 matchup next week.

NFC.

Ditto...except I think MIN hangs on to the 6 seed by way of that tie. Both go 1-1 to close.

so, you think the texans will beat the eagles and chiefs will beat the seahawks this weekend? i'm the opposite on both of those games.

Yea Chargers started 1-2 losing to the Rams and Chiefs. If not for that random home loss to the Broncos they would be in the drivers seat

what's interesting is that week 17 colts vs titans match-up may decide the #6 seed in the AFC .... if it does, it will likely be flexed to prime time.

i think my AFC is exactly the same but it wouldn't surprise me if the titans were 10-6 and the #6 seed with a victory over the colts in week 17.

my NFC would be a little different with the vikes getting the #6 seed

They could in theory but I don't see them losing at Arizona and home to the Niners. They are playing shitty the last few games but they are miles better than those two teams. I'd give the Niners a better chance if it was at SF.

luck has never lost to the titans as a starter . if the o line stays in tact they want lose . colts put 2 on the ir today woods dt and moore lb . we have went through something like 5 safties this year I think .jj wilcox come on down . the colts on passing downs pull a lb and have 3 safties on the field .

they say 2 teams are looking at the colts dc as a head coach canidate .

I think the Colts are the better team, maybe the more complete team of the two, however, I think it comes down to the fact that Tennessee is at home week 17 and I think that gives them a SLIGHT advantage.

I don't really trust Kirk Cousins and Minnesota. They play Detroit in Detroit and then Chicago, who will be fighting for a possible first round bye in the playoffs. Cousins is 4-24 against teams with winning records and 0-5 against teams with winning records this year. I think Philly wins out against Houston and Washington and I have Minnesota beating Detroit but losing to Chicago.

I'm with ya on the Titans/Colts. It's really a toss-up but a slight edge goes to home field. Could go either way though.
And I honestly don't even trust Cousins and the Vikes to win in Detroit and Chicago will definitely be favored even in Minny week 17 but the Vikes might actually pull out a win. They are miles better at home. I just think they sneak into that 6 seed.
I do think the whole Foles miracle shit comes crashing down this weekend. Houston doesn't give me any confidence to go far in the play-offs but I think Watt, Clowney, Watson, Hopkins beat them.
I'm thinking the Chiefs at Hawks will be a tough, close game that comes down to who has the ball last and hoping the Hawks and Wilson find a way to win it at the end. I also think the Hawks win at home vs the Cards on the final weekend to secure the 5 seed.

Another one of those any given SUN deals...nothing firm on my end. PHI is hanging on by a thread and HOU has been quietly lurking...this is their time for a signature win. I could see SEA and PHI winning as well.

Good points...I'm leaning towards HOU @ PHI....Foles doesn't come thru this time.

checking the standings, the Patriots have not clinched a playoff spot.

That leads me to believe that if the Pats lose their last two, and Miami wins their last two, Miami wins the division.

Of course that's a long shot. The Bills remaining two games have obvious playoff implications.

I think that is a very, very long shot BUT not as improbable as it was like 4-5 games ago.
