Well none of those teams they were playing were statistically as good as Golden State. It's not surprising that the cavs beat them and on their own court were draymond played the next 2 games. You do realize Irving and Love missed a game in that series as well, but i like how you glance over that.

Statistically the cavs that season had the better Offensive and defensive rating, so it's not surprising they won even without Homecourt in game 7's which never happen.

I owned you!

You watch any basketball before 2014?

Statistics say no!

Feel free to compare them to other all time great teams.

I'll wait while you cry a little.

Good idea

The 2001 Lakers

Offensive rating 108.8 Defensive rating 95.3

The 2015-2016 Cavs

Offensive rating 118 Defensive rating 108.5

Teams Advanced

Get to crying!

Also 15-1 in the West vs 16-5 in the East

Which is better?

Wow you are dumb!

The Cavs and the GS warriors are some of the only teams to have multiple all stars 3 and 4 and they each own the best rating in the NBA playoffs. That puts them at 1 and 2.

Lebron is the 2nd best player to play the game and had 2 other all stars, and the fact that GS beat them so bad in 2017 shows how GREAT GS was. Historic teams, and the stats back it up! It's been fun smacking you up but i gotta go!

Kyrie in 2016 went down as the 2nd highest scorer in the history of the nba as the 2nd option

The Cavs hold the highest offensive rating in playoff league history

If you think the 2016 cavs team wasn't an all time great than you don't know ish about basketball or just a hater, stick to soccer or lacross tbh

So you're saying the 2016 Cavs are the best team in the history of the NBA?

i think its perfectly legitimate to question a guy whether his off the court acitivities will be a hindrance to his on the court activities- and without a doubt- all the projects that he has going now- especially since he has gone to LA have the potential to divide his attention.

Again. In a 1 on 1 interview, it's absolutely legitimate.

This wasn't a 1 on 1 interview, it was media day.

Did Luke and Magic check with Lavar before making this decision?

Now that you mention him...Lavar has been awfully quiet lately.

Maybe part of getting Lebron was having Lavar "silenced"?

I've heard that John Wick is a Lakers fan.

Isn't the defensive rating number better when it's lower? I thought those numbers were about points scored and points given up. Could be wrong.

Let me know when you find another playoffs team with an offense rating of 118.1...and a defensive rating of 108

The only other team to come close to that is GS...Let that sink in...

You do realize that 108 sucks, right?

For defensive rating the lower the better.

what 180 have i done?

I have contended and still do- that LeBron is the best player in the league...the #1 player in the league - without any shadow of a doubt and will most likely be the #1 player for the next 2 seasons- which is practically unheard of for someone his age- but i without a doubt think he has a great chance to be the best player in the league in his age 35 season.

I think its totally fair to ask lebron if all his business ventures, including the additional ones he has picked up in recent weeks- and that he goes out of his way to market to the masses- will have some kind of effect on him.

for him to promote something like Space Jam 2 from his twitter account - and then get pissed when the media asks him about those type of business ventures- is totally hypocritical.

Here is why everyone is 100% correct to call you on your BS. Because you can't admit when you are wrong about something. It is quite simple.

LeBron chose to leave Cleveland, which in your mind, was not about basketball because Cleveland gave LeBron the best chance to win and they "have the best owner in sports with his deep pockets".

If LeBron's decision were about anything other than business, it would require you to to admit you were wrong. So instead, you create your narrative about how LeBron no longer cares about winning and just wants to make movies.

Problem is, any reasonable, objective person understands LeBron's choice. He had 0 chance of winning a ring next year in Cleveland. And with the Celtics, 6ers and Raptors rising, he might not get out of the 2nd round. He hates Dan Gilbert and while the short term prospect in LA are not great, they defintely have a 2 year path to be a legitimate title contender.

In other words, it is quite obvious you have an agenda. If you would just for once admit you were wrong it would play a lot better for you.

Yep. Clearly better than the 2016 Cavs.

Nice try though. 95.3 is a ridiculously good defensive rating. 108 is quite terrible.

I'm not even sure where he is getting these #'s from. The 2015-2016 Cavs were better defensively than what he said.

The DEF EFF rating for the 2015-2016 season was 102.3 which was top 10 in the league
