Actually, pretty sure he was joking about the Sman comparison. Sman was something else. When Lebron was in Miami, he used to rustle the Heat fans jimmies pretty regularly. It was pretty hilarious.

He would find these obscure websites to back up his claims. I'm pretty sure at least a couple of them were probably sites run by 15 year olds.

He'd post that stuff as if it were coming straight from someone like Adrian Wojnarowski and just wouldn't back down. I don't think we ever figured out if he truly believed it or was just trolling, but it was truly entertaining stuff.

You might be able to find some of his old threads deep in the bowels of Fouled Out if they are still there. It's been quite awhile since he posted anything, so who knows?

I can understand why. Before I left Akron 11+ years ago I avoided Montrose because of the traffic.

I used to think that way too, but my perspective has changed.

The problem I have with that is that if it's legal, likely 99% of professional athletes will be using them. I've got a son, and while I don't for a second think that he'll have the talent to play ML baseball, it would be sad for me to know that if he did, he'd have to ultimately destroy his health to compete at that level.

See, I'm the opposite. First off, they should continue to be illegal at all levels below the professional level. But at the pro level, I think these are grown men making their own decisions. Some will choose not to, some will choose to use them. Considering all of the other things that are out there that are legal and could destroy their health, at least this one has some benefit to it.
