OK gang, Official Thaksgiving Dinner time poll

Never had any luck smoking a turkey and I smoke a lot of meat. However, I have fried a turkey on many occasions........nothing better.

IM doing one of each this year. Figure to have between 10-14 people total, so one roasted, one smoked, one fried... and a smoked beef loin.

We are Meatatarians over here.

Not me. I love Thanksgiving. I get a monster plate, then go back for more and then I'm done. I watch football and leave the dishes for the woman because, well, because they are the women.

OK OK I was kidding about that last part. I voluntered for dishes duty recently, with 30 people it's a chore that is rotated.
