Nah, after you are done drafting players the whole concept of the entire draft doesn't matter you can trade for anyone, divisions, etc.

Just want to go on record... A few tweaks could have made this better but I really like what has happened this draft... It was pretty fun for me, and great job everyone for not making Nos' job too hard... Even better job to you Nos for keeping track of it all...

Yeah I feel the same, it is difficult to make a draft where you don't necessarily get to pick from the same pool of players. While you get keepers in this draft the pool is still fairly large but like you said a couple of tweaks would have made this a better draft but it was definitely a fun one. We will see what the next winner comes up with for a NBA draft lol
