I don't understand why we are thinking we are gaining anything from choosing a player who's playing in a double header. Not talking about you Smitty, I have been thinking about this. It counts as two games so there's no real advantage. I'm wondering if when we did this in 2019 we counted days instead of games because then there would be an advantage potentially in picking a player who was scheduled to play in a doubleheader. A two for one if ya will...

I liked both matchups for Greene. Both righty starters and RG gets to leadoff a lot against righties. Plus the wind should be blowing out at about 20mph.

If I get more games in now, I won’t need to select a weeks worth of guys at some point in the summer while I’m on vacation or whatnot.

No method to the madness for me other than volume of ABs.

Don't think there's much of an advantage to picking the DH. Yea if they are great theoretically they could stay locked in that day, but I think fatigue and boredom and out of routine is a bigger detriment than that advantage.
