I don't really care what he did for one week. I care that he's been really bad for the last 3 years. There's a reason he's been with 5 teams in 3 years.

Well, I guess I was wrong about Beltran to the Indians then. If he can come here and continue to hit .300 and for power he will be a nice add to the middle of the lineup.

Thoughts on Beltran-Tate trade:

-Beltran is old, but the guy can still hit a ton. Instantly upgrades our offense.
- Either Profar might get traded or Choo is hurt worse than we realize.
- Rangers must not think as highly of Tate as they once did. I had heard that he probably only had reliever upside at this point.
