Yeah I don't blame him anymore. I think Miami gives him his 20+ after meeting with Durant on Sunday. Could be wrong though

I just think it sounds bad when the Whiteside release says he's willing to sacrifice money if it's for Durant.
Should have just said he's willing if it's for the betterment of the team.

Honestly, only way I can see it making sense without killing us is add a year to whatever the real number of years you want him for is and deal with it then.
He can be the 10 th man and just mentor, or IR him so he's just paid.
