Everyone whines when we don't re-sign our free agents for huge bucks, then everyone whines when we sign free agents. Can't win in this sport.

I think like everything else in life we are all afraid of change.

Clady has been out LT for years, and we have lost guys who have had success with us.

Now anytime we sign someone else it isn't "good enough" because we are replacing players who we are all familiar with and have seen succeed on our roster.

We have to keep up. We aren't going to win keeping the same roster every year.

Clady vs Okung you could debate until the cows come home. Truth is Okung will be much better then what we had last year at LT. He is a very good OT... Health has been a concern but not like Clady was a model of good health.

Clady should have taken a paycut, when he wouldn't we had to jump on another pro bowl OT.

How much? As long as it's reasonable, I approve.

Okung wasn't gonna sign for doritos like Malik Jackson claimed he would have. :)

Wait to see contract first. $10 million a year doesn't mean much if contract is backloaded

Sounds like Ryan Clady may be headed to the Colts in a trade.

You want a LT that has spent 2 of last 3 years on IR? If you don't like Okung for health reasons you won't like Clady.
We didn't like Okung for health reasons at 11mil, we might like Clady and his health issues for half that.

Current OL?

Okung, Sambrailo, Paradis, Max, Stephenson

?? If so, seems considerably better than last year...

Clady under his current contract is a 10.1 mil hit for 2016 and 10.6 for 2017, per SportTrac. The whole reason this scenario happened is because Clady does not want to take a paycut or not enough to broncos liking.

I don't see him renegotiating to 5-6 mil range unless yo back load the contract.

I don't really seeing him having a job unless he does

Reading on Walterfootball that it's 1 year $5 mil w/option for 4 years $12 mil after. Not bad. If he doesn't stay healthy we can cut bait. Good move, Denver.

Broncos wanted him to take a 50% cut - < $5 MM. Im guessing he could be signed for around 7:00.

Do your deal with Elway - or find yourself without a deal.

I like this deal. I think the Oline looks pretty good at the moment.
