By the way, would this be this Munson?

“On September 30, 1986, Respondent was suspended from the practice of law for three years and until further order of the Court, and this suspension was stayed and Respondent was placed on probation for three years with conditions. In re Munson, No. 85 CH 57, M.R. 4029. Respondent's misconduct included his neglect of three client matters as well as misstatements regarding the status of two of the client matters. Respondent's misconduct was attributable to his alcoholism.”

.

“In October 1989, Respondent discontinued practicing. Respondent has no current intention to return to the practice of law.”

I'm thinking he isn't someone who's basket you should put your legal marbles into.

Of course you don't. He disagrees with your opinion.

@Rock Strongo gets all jacked up on yay, booze and weed. That doesn't stop you from agreeing with him.

Why would I put much weight into the legal opinion of a lawyer that was disbarred?

U realize ur avi isn't Montana right?

since he is no longer the G.O.A.T. why would it be?

by the way G.O.A.T. is something Flacco has zero chance of ever becoming.

and zero chance Brady has of being GOAT either.

The Super Bow losses and cheating solved for that.he will never be whispered as GOAT except he is the GOAT of NE so there is that.

To late, he has already achieved it and will remain there until another player comes along and dethrones him, and it won't be Flacco.

Unfortunately all the pundits have either Montana or Brady as best, either way you can't go wrong. Montana 4-0 in SB's and Brady 4-2. Brady's no#s through out his career are much better and arguably SF had better teams in the SB seasons. I had Montana as best until this past season.. No other QB has been to 6 SB's or 9 CCG's

Patriots 'bracing' for Tom Brady to lose Deflategate appeal, report says

It looks like Tom Brady might get a four-game suspension after all for his role in the 2014 AFC Championship football air pressure scandal.

According to theBoston Globe, the Patriots are "bracing" for Brady to lose his Deflategate appeal and serve the suspension this season. The Globe points out how the Patriots reduced Brady's base salary to $1 million last week while posting an8,000-word storyon their website titled "The Background and Myths of Deflategate — Separating Fact From Fiction."

MORE:The ridiculous Deflategate timeline|A guide to -Gate controversies

U.S. District Court Judge Richard Berman ruled in September to vacate NFL commissioner Roger Goodell's four-game suspension of Brady for his alleged role in the deliberate deflation of footballs during the Jan. 18, 2015 game against the Colts. But the NFL appealed, stringing out the process.

The NFL's appeal was heard in court earlier this month in front of a three-judge panel and was largelyconsidered a victoryforthe leagueas the trio of judges appeared skeptical of attorney Jeffrey Kessler's argument that Brady routinely destroys his cell phones and sees nothing corrupt about the activity.

A ruling on the NFL's appeal is expected sometime in late spring or early summer, at which point a majority vote (3-0 or 2-1) will decide which side wins, providing closure to Deflategate — unless the losing party either requests a rehearing or attempts to persuade the U.S. Supreme Court to include the case as one of the 80 or so it hears each year.

Jimmy Garoppolo would fill in at quarterback if Brady is suspended.

It could also be remanded back to the lower court for further ruling. One thing Berman did was hold back ruling on other portions of the case and could at that time rule on them. It's not uncommon for a judge to do to cover himself if the case gets kicked back to him.

Berman wants to keep his Patriots season tickets.

Brady is in my top 10 list but I wouldn't call him the GOAT.

There isn't much he isn't the greatest at now or will be by the end of his career.

What does he have left to accomplish for you to elevate him to G.O.A.T?

Brady hasn't had to deal with diversity in his career and even got away with cheating. This disqualifies him in my opinion.

Hasn't had to deal with diversity? Um, what?

And what cheating did he get away with?
You know exactly what I'm talking about. Don't be so obtuse.

You have a "cheater" in your top ten? Hmm, that is confusing?
