Like i said, this will bear watching. If SMGM thinks he can work out a way to get something back for him that wont harm the team, I expect he will hold tight to him until March 13th since they pushed the league year start back to the 15th.

I will trust Scot on this issue. I just hope this doesn't delay and/or damage our negotiations with Cuz.

Based on this article it sounds like a good bet that Cousins & the Redskins will iron out an agreement over the offseason. The only issue appears to be if the Redskins somehow try to lowball him (don't expect that to happen). I would expect him to average at least $16M / season.

A lot is gonna depend on guaranteed money and the signing bonus in particular. Whatever happens, Kirk will have a very happy wife . . . and a lot of relatives he never knew of.

I will say this, leaving the note and placing it where it was designed to draw attention is what we call classic passive aggressive behavior. A trait linked closely to narcissists and sociopaths.
