Seattle had a top 5 offense in scoring and yards, but they are without their top two RBs and their best receiving threat. Minnesota's offense is Chad Pennington'esq.

Yeah I thought the refs were a non factor today, which was appreciated.

See the thread I started. the league kicked 97.5% on fg's 20-29 yards this season. Walsh was 9 for 9.

He was also ranked #28 in the league in extra points made %... meaning he wasn't as reliable from 38 yards...

Yes, the Kam penalty late was BS, but that's the NFL anymore. Those bad calls are the norm, not the exception. I wouldn't have blamed the end of the game on that had that FG gone through. You must play well enough in the NFL, particularly in the post season, to take the risk of blown calls off the table.

The laces being toward the kicker (again) probably played more part in that miss than anything else. It's all psychological. He choked for sure. Bad way to end your season and I don't blame any of their fans for whatever they are feeling.

Look at the replay again. Kam grabs him first then Kyle knocked him down. Watch the freaking replay. The ref must call what happens first. Kam clearly grabs him prior to Kyle knocking him down. My fucking god Seattle fans are so fucking blind. Its unreal

So you don't think any of that is related to how much bigger the defenses typically are in the post season?
If it wasn't for Wilson's grit today they wouldn't have had a chance to mount that come back. Even the INT was a fluke that went off the hands of one of his receivers. But he got away with another that could have been picked so it was a wash. I wouldn't expect the same problem passing next week given it won't be that cold.

Part of the problem this week was fucking Lynch. The team practices with him every day and he is in the game plan, then he bags out the day before the game and puts them in a bind. Huge difference in what you do and how you game plan with Lynch vs Michael. They looked lost early and that was for sure a part of it. Lame, but it was obvious.

I'm not really going to judge either team/player stats in this game... Weather obviously was a huge reason for the lack of productivity from the offenses on both sides...

I'm definitely not worried about Wilson... Outside of the game against the Packers last year (Although 2 of the 4 picks were definitely not him), he played well... One of the games he played well in was against Carolina...

He was running his route obviously. Kam grabbed him. If you grab a player outside of 5 yards you're going to be called for illegal contact or PI. Simple as that. There isn't a debate here. That is a penalty every time

Thats ok, I can understand that but overall he hasn't been great and if the D has a let down game you might be in trouble.
