Good News: The Redskins Are Now Home 'Dogs (Again) And ESPN's Football Power Index Picks Green Bay

According to ESPN's Game HQ, the Redskins are now one point home 'dogs and their FPI is picking the Packers to win about 54% of the time. This is the same type of line and FPI ESPN had for the past three games. Of course, in each of those games, we routed our opponents.

So, let's hoped this trend continues.

Are you serious? Moore accrued most of those yards in the 2nd half when it was the equivalent of a preseason game. That was not the Redskins normal defense.

I am not stating that the Redskins have a great defense, but they have an adequate one & one that is capable of producing several turnovers per game. I would view this game as a pick em at this pt - we will see.

Yep when it was 1's vs. 1's the Redskins dominated. Moore got his yards after we were down to two DBs and 3 guys off the local flag football team. As SoCal said we had also gone to zone and where just trying to keep plays in front of us. I say 1's vs. 1's loosely, Dallas was down players before the game ever started and so were the Redskins and that is before we had two injuries to DBs.

If you want to analyze real time and garbage time stats as the same, you'd be in pretty small company. That's almost as "wise" as combining pre-season stats with regular season and post-season numbers. Or do you do that too?

Insanity is not at least looking to see who Moore put his stats up against. He did nothing when it counted...then we put in all the bench players and he started to succeed. If you say a guy can't make your roster by having a great preseason (Colt Brennan) because he is going against grocery baggers, you have to say the same thing for Moore. He looked like hot shit.
