I do as I please, not as I am told.

I'm not sure why we need to squabble about different opinions. We all have them thank goodness.
Thats half the fun of message boards.
I fall about half way between Breed and Dads thoughts on the past few games.
And I can respect where they both are coming from.
This team has crushed us all many times since Dan bought it.
Battered Fan Syndrome is real and the line between optimism/realism/pessimism can be hard to find as a result, IMO.
Packers have the best QB. Vikes have the best defense. I would like to play Seattle b/c they have the least amount of playmakers on offense. With Lynch out it totally changes that team.
Just ran the playoff machine. That's all. I am clueless without it.lolI'll defer as I'm only posting what I've seen.![]()
C'mon Cali, I am not good at behaving. I'll try though. Just felt like dad had tried to end that debate graciously several times and my friend Breed wouldn't let it go.
After all ehb and I buried that hatchet after several rounds.
Sing along with me ... all we are saying ... is give peace a chance. Thank you John Lennon.
Packers would be my pick for the best matchup.
LmfaoFuck it.

This league is driven by the QB
If you wish for Aaron Rodgers more than Teddy Bridgewater, you probably deserve to be sitting home in the 2nd week of January
This I would say is generally, and I mean in a very large general sense to be true. Rodgers and the Packers just don't look right to me and they haven't for a while. I'd also opine that every QB in the NFC playoffs except Bridgewater is playing better than Rodgers right now. Couple that with GB's suspect defense, only the Skins defense is worse than GB's, at least on paper, of all the playoff teams. And I think GB oof all the other teams is ripe for the taking.
I could be wrong though and I'm OK with that.
something just doesn't seem right in Packer land.

I gots no problem rooting against the Hawks, been doing it for years. I really don't get this macho "to be the best you gotta beat the best" mentality. That's like rooting for a 2nd round matchup with Kentucky instead of Weber State in the NCAA Tourney. I'm for the matchup that gives us the best chance to advance. And that would be either the Vikes or GB.
If one playoff game is great experience for the team and their young QB two games would be even better.

We've actually always done alright vs AP. Even with our lackluster D's the past few years. All valid points......I just feel if your defense is lacking, like I think the Skins is, to an extent at least, id be more afraid that Rodgers can give ya that vintage game, than I would be against Teddy Bridgewater.....
I like the idea of being able to gameplan against AP, and daring Bridgewater to beat you..
