Wow.....Cavs played one of their best games of the season and just DEMOLISHED ORlando at home- who had a pretty good home record of 7-3 coming in....

James Jones came in - and in the 4th quarter he hit a bunch of threes, haha...too funny- 15 for James Jones.

I didn't see the game, but the Magic were just coming off that long, tough road trip, and often that first game back home on a quick turn around is an ugly loss.

shumpert had a really nice game his first game back for the minutes that he played.

Pretty excited that before long the Cavs will have their whole team for the first time this season....itll take a little time for Blatt to figure out the rotations etc and for the guys to knock some rust off- but it should be a lot of fun....no one will be going small against the Cavs once KI and Shump are back to their full roles ill tell ya that.

Whiteside got beat up by the immortal Ian Mahimi tonight it looks like

Pacers are a really good team- and they have the most important thing- a superstar in his prime. They definitely have their faults- but they have the most important piece- and a good coach.

Clearly you did not watch the game and looked at the box score and assumed as you always do. Whiteside was barely on the court last night. I believe Mahimi made 2 shots at most when Whiteside was in the game

Funny thing is, he calls him out without looking at minutes played (17 for Whiteside, 35 for Mahinmi) and doesn't see that Whiteside was 4-4 for 8 points and had 10 rebounds. Meanwhile, Mahinmi only grabbed 2 more rebounds than Whiteside while playing 18 more minutes.

Man the East is so competitive. Cleveland is obviously the favorite in a series but right now I feel like any team in the east can beat the other on any night excluding Philly and the Knicks.

Memphis were the better team throughout the night but Miami win by 3 as they ended the game on a 11-0 run.

100-97 Heat win.

it just cracks me up...very good player- not an all star- never a guy i would give big money to unless it was on a 1 or maybe 2 year deal.

Seem to recall that happening to Shaq a bit early in his career. Heck, even later in his career he could get himself in foul trouble a good bit.

I'm sure Wiggy wouldn't have given big money to him either unless it was on a 1 or 2 year contract.

and bksballer- our bet on the Heat finishing in the top half of 3 pt percentage is certainly looking pretty good for me right now- albeit it is only December 14th

As of right now the Heat are 28th in the league with a 31.1% 3pt percentage

I did not see that bet. I do work and barely look at this thread unless I'm posting in here. I would gladly take it. All they have to do is shoot is 1% better than they did last year. Better shooting team this year and are a lock to shoot more than 33%. Last year they shot .339% from 3 and finished 24th. The Rockets shot .348% from 3 and finished 14th. Easy bet

Comparing Love to Whiteside is pretty stupid. Love before he came to Cleveland was easily considered a top 10 player and best PF in basketball. Comparing the 2 is pretty stupid. Whiteside is a solid player but he isn't a star or superstar.

And usually the reason why Whiteside doesn't play in the 4th is because the opponent downsize and the heat are forced to match up. Last week for example, Washington went extremely small and had Dudley at C.

What is Love excuse?
