No we need a OL coach that produces no matter what every game . come rain come snow .. come change in Personnel

Look at NE they just produce no excuses ... we have had that in the past .. time to find that again .. this year is going to be what it is ! a train wreck . I think it is not the players it is now on the staff !

this team traded OL that was part of a #1 OL ..

They have been up and down on production . but one thing sticks out . No half adjustments that help . that is fact .. if we suck we suck all game long !!!!!!!!!!!!! If we come in with good plain it works simple as that .

Some Coaches are gifted they just produce ! Game in game out ... We got a OL coach that is alright probably in college .. I do think he is a great TE coach in the NFL .

A lot of people banking that we cut Ryan Clady after this season.

Not after yesterday. If they get Joe Thomas then yes Clady is all but gone. Makes it easy to exchange his salary cap hit with that of Joe Thomas and it being pretty close to even money with a huge upgrade at the position. If that doesn't get done though yeah LT is going to be a huge question mark. Now there are a few decent names out there in the FA market after this year. There will be Russell Okung (not been great lately but we could do worse), Donald Penn (Been playing great for the Raiders these last couple of years), Cordy Glenn, and maybe my favorite Kelvin Beachum. His replacement has done well in his spot, still very young, and could be signing a more prove it type 2-year deal coming off of injury.

One game does not break a OL . if it did Beadles would be washed up way before his huge payday .. Beadles is alright player not great ..

You guys are keying way to much on the player .. The staff wanted these guys . they said they would work with them and mold them . well I am still waiting .. and before some one pops up we traded starters to other teams and I know Manny is doing great. I am sure Clark is also doing fine not sure on him have not hear on him all the same he was a solid starter with a different staff .

You guys are keying way to much on the player .. The staff wanted these guys . they said they would work with them and mold them . well I am still waiting .. and before some one pops up we traded starters to other teams and I know Manny is doing great. I am sure Clark is also doing fine not sure on him have not hear on him all the same he was a solid starter with a different staff .

And Franklin got abused when we played the chargers. Manny may be great for the Lions but he did not fit the ZBS scheme. Kubiak is not going to come in and run a Manning offense just like Wade Phillips did not come in to run a 4-3. Coaches put their own stamp on things and that can take time to shift personnel. Which is why I said we are between offenses.

On top of that, Beadles and Franklin wanted to get paid. Tough to lock up a ton of cap space on players that either okay or don't fit your system.

Clark and Manny was traded .

You stay with what you got if you don't have the players to change what you are doing you transition to what you know will work with how much is at stake each year to win a SB our window was small with what we had on the O side .. so no you don't just scrap your way of doing things in the name of just doing it .

Alex Gibbs gave this staff a tin plate on how to mesh both good and bad of the both staffs ideas and had a good running game and the best O in the history of NFL Football .. So I don't get the nut sack dangling around here Kubiak failed and at some point you and all around here should think about how important winning AFCW opponents is !

At LT was Clark and Manny at Center And poor ass Gibbs had the best OL in all of football that year he could of made excuses instead he kicked some ass and took names . last year Maggs was making excuses again .

We need an OL coach that has a clue as to what is going on in front of him ! and make those adjustments on the fly .right now not so much !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Um no Fox and our OC was getting jawed at by Alex Gibbs early in the game for a reason they were ignoring him and then when the game was over they doubled down on getting rid of Alex buy telling him they were going all power the next season .
