If you can't stay on the field then you're useless. He's useless.

Fuck that guy, he has been stealing money his entire career, and his teams never accomplished anything, mostly because his injuries robbed them of any chance

He was always pretty injury prone. A lot of guys with an up right running style have that issue.

What was wrong with his diet in college since you seem to have such a handle on his reasons for injury? Or maybe you just blow hot air. I guess we'll find out from your response if you're some kind of a medical idiot-savant or just an idiot.

Foster was a great back but they don't typically have long shelf lives.

That's true. He would have been drafted relatively high for a RB if he was healthy but IIRC he had knee problems at Tennessee.

So talented that all 32 teams passed on him all 6 rounds of the draft....actually he was a good back @ TN, but never really was the feature guy for long. He probably was a fairly high pick as a Jr...staying killed his draft stock.

yeah, he missed a few games every year but one really, his JR year.

thats why i was surprised he lasted as long as he did.

teams stayed away from a fragile guy who wasnt "solid enough" to be the #1 back but for one year. hardesty stole a lot of his carries.

Another thing about Foster is that he never had a passion/obsession with the game of football that an Emmitt Smith or a Walter Payton had.

He never really had hs chosen profession as a top priority in his life.

And there's nothing wrong with that.

He had an exceptional talent but he was more like Ricky Williams in how he prioritized his NFL career.

His contract is up. I don't see him coming back to Houston and would not be surprised if he never played again.
