Not sure that the Lions ruined Titus Young, but he did go off the deep end while in Detroit. He is probably BSU biggest bust that I can think of. I know coach Pete had several issues with him while he was in Boise.
We also made one of your quarterbacks disappear

Quick call I'd have to say Peter Warrick...

Trying to think of a guy that had a ton of hype that did nothing... That's probably at the top of our list...

Weinke disappointed.

Marvin Jones was disappointing, but I believe that was mostly injury related.

Jake Locker probably given his hype.

Cougs would have to be Ryan Leaf. Dude is probably still sitting in a corner somewhere rocking back and forth petting small bugs he found on the ground or something.

I'd go Steve Emtman for you all... Certainly not a #1 overall career there...

Unless rehab works wonders, Justin Blackmon is going to be the biggest bust Oklahoma State has had.

yeah..the GM said today he doesn't ever expect him to play again. But they won't release him just in case

So basically, every highly touted player to ever come out of Houston... :D

Houston hasn't produced a lot of big time NFL players, but we've sent a few pretty good ones to the league (e.g., Robert Newhouse, Alois Blackwell, Riley Odoms, Lamar Lathon, and Allen Aldridge come to mind).

In any event, and more importantly ...

I didn't want Herman to leave Ohio State although I wish him & your Cougars the best of luck this year & in the future. I will be rooting for them.

Ahhh, David LeFleur. Not many LSU fans will know this name, as this guy was a product of the DiNardo years (not sure many LSU fans today would know who DiNardo is either). Anyway, as a Cowboys fan, NO MORE LSU PLAYERS PLEASE!

Most recent Buckeye flop I can think of off the top of my head was Bobby Carpenter. Dallas took him in the 1st round, haha.

Good call. Kind of interesting to me that an unusually large proportion of the relatively few good Cougars who played in the NFL played for the Broncos. In addition to Cadrez, Riley Odoms, Simon Fletcher, Alton Montgomery, and Allen Aldridge are all Coogs who went on to become good players for Denver. I think that Fletcher is still the Broncos all-time leader in sacks.
